For emergencies outside of The Contact Point’s opening hours, we encourage carers to contact Manchester City Council Adult Social Care on 0161 234 5001. It’s always a good idea to plan ahead during the festive season and make a note of emergency contacts. The Contact Point is happy to provide further advice on preparing for the winter.
