Welcome to Carers Manchester

Carers Manchester is a group of organisations, working together to provide support and improve services for Manchester’s unpaid carers.

Our helpline, The Contact Point, launched in August 2020, and supports over 2000 carers a year.

The Carers Manchester Contact Point

Are you an unpaid carer? Do you have a question about your caring role or are you looking for support?

The Carers Manchester Contact Point acts as a first point of contact for support for unpaid carers in the Manchester City Council area, who require advice and support.

Call us on 0161 543 8000 or use our web form. We are open 10am-4pm Monday-Friday, and 9am-4pm on Wednesdays. Our busiest times are between 11am and 2pm. We are closed on bank holidays.

Are you an unpaid carer? Do you have a question about your caring role or are you looking for support?

Call us on 0161 543 8000, we are open 10am – 4pm Monday – Friday (except bank holidays). Our busiest times are between 11am and 1pm. Please be aware that the phone line will be closed on Wednesday 15 February between 2pm and 4pm.
