Wheelchair accessible wellbeing walk with ACCG – 1

A new Carers Manchester break, delivered by African Caribbean Care Group, open to all adult unpaid carers in Manchester

This walk will be led by a member of staff who will guide the route and facilitate short mindfulness exercises, encouraging participants to connect with nature, improve their physical wellbeing, and enjoy social interaction with others in similar circumstances.

Carers will meet at the Claremont Centre, 2 Jarvis Road, M15 5FS.
