Together Dementia Support is working in Manchester and Trafford to run a weekly social group, Pyaari Yaadein, for South Asian people living with dementia. The group is lively and fun and staff can speak community languages.
They also provide Carers’ Training courses (online and face to face), day trips, home visits, transport, carers’ support and individual support and advice.
