Every Wednesday, carers and family who meet up for a lovely walk around Wythenshawe park.
The group meet up at the cafe from there they set off as a group. Half way around the walk the group splits into two groups. One for those who want to do the 1 mile walk, the other group for those who want to do a 2 or 3 mile walk.
The group meet back up at the cafe for a hot drink and a chat.
