Carers Rights Day is a national day that aims to help unpaid carers understand and use their rights. This year, Carers Rights Day falls on Thursday 19th November, but in Manchester there will be free events happening across the whole week!
Carers Manchester will be hosting three flagship events in the north, south, and centre of the city.
A solicitor, staff from the City Council’s Carer Assessment team, staff from our Contact Point helpline, and a welfare benefits advisor will all be on hand to provide information and take questions from attendees. There will be free refreshments and print materials.
