Do you look after someone in Manchester? Join our free ‘Being a Carer’ online workshop hosted by John Mainwaring of Connect Support, who is a compassionate and empathetic carer. Topics covered include:

- Where to seek help and support
- What to do in an emergency
The workshop is an opportunity to meet other carers and share experiences, and there is an opportunity to have follow up support if you need it.
