SUMMARY:Care for Carers' Day
DESCRIPTION:As part of Carers Week\, St Peter’s House invite unpaid carers to a special day of TLC and resources just for you. \nYou can drop by to join in with gardening\, mindfulness and massage. There’ll also be a drop in session at Milk & Honey Café\, with plenty of cakes and treats\, and the chance to meet and talk with other carers. \nThere will also be free massage – clothed and seated –  (so no need to get undressed midday!)\, and two gentle yoga sessions. One of these will be a very special ‘Every Body is Welcome’ yoga class – specially designed for carers and those they care for to practice side-by-side. \nAll events are free\, but advance booking is required.
