Join Carers Manchester South for a day out to the National Trust’s latest and most quirky garden perched on the old railway viaduct and accessed by a lift or stairs for a bird’s eye view of the city. \nThis will be followed by a visit and lunch at the Museum of Science and Industry (MOSI). We will be meeting at Castlefield at 10.15am for the viaduct tour and 12 noon at MOSI for lunch. \nThese venues are easily accessible by tram (Deansgate-Castlefield)\, train (Deansgate)\, and bus. \nContact nina@manchestercarersforum.org.uk or 07432 186 665 to book your place. \n

DESCRIPTION:Are you a young adult carer aged 16 – 25? Join Manchester Carers Centre to explore the Science and Industry Museum in Castlefield alongside refreshments at the on-site café on Wednesday 25 May from 2pm – 4pm. \nMeet together by the main entrance at 2pm to explore this exciting venue. \nThis event is open to carers aged 16-25 years old who live or care in Manchester. Any new carers will need to be registered with Manchester Carers Centre before they can attend the session. \nTo register please email admin@manchestercarers.org.uk or use their online ‘Contact us‘ form here. Manchester Carers Centre offer regular free activities to Young Adult Carers these include recreational activities as well as workshops\, and visiting cultural sites.
