DESCRIPTION:Meet the Social Communication Pathway (SCP) navigators and MPCF for a friendly ear to talk to and community signposting advice. \nThis session is a relaxed opportunity to speak with the MPCF and autism navigator teams for community signposting\, peer-to-peer support\, and to share your views about what support would be helpful from the Social Communication Pathway’s needs-led service. \nThere will be some small activities available for those who wish to partake in a little bit of self-care during this time. \nPastries and refreshments will be available throughout the session. \nYou are welcome to arrive or leave any time between 10am to 12pm. \nReserve your free place via Eventbrite.
