This includes information on eligibility criteria\, how to claim and important key points about each benefit. We will also send out our Benefits for Carers booklet which includes all the information included in the workshop. \nOnce you sign up we will send you a confirmation email with further details about the venue. A lunch will be provided for those who attend and travel expenses will be covered. \nA follow call will be made to help field any questions you might have in advance of the event. DESCRIPTION:This workshop explores why we worry\, is it helpful and what are the consequences of worrying. We then discuss and look at alternative strategies including the ‘problem-solving’ method. \nThe course is open to unwaged carers who live in\, or support someone in the borough of Manchester. \nWe know that sometimes its not possible to leave the person you care for\, so we have put in place support for attendees to claim for the cost of rest bite care\, as well as travel expenses. \nOnce you have signed up for the course\, we can arrange to speak with you via text\, email or over the phone.
