DESCRIPTION:Together Dementia Support have teamed up with Greater Manchester Walking Grants to host a series of Winter Walks across Manchester and beyond. \nGet outdoors\, see some picturesque sights\, and make friends with other carers as we go for a series of short or more challenging walks in local beauty spots. \nYou may have to wrap up warm\, but it will be a fantastic opportunity to make new connections while getting some gentle exercise and seeing places you may never have been before. \nMeet Claire & Fiona at Hollingworth Lake Activity Centre.
