The Carers Manchester Learning & Development programme delivers learning and well-being opportunities to carers in the city. These workshops can range from welfare & benefit advice, to meditation classes and seated exercise courses.

As part of our offer we deliver a Being a Carer course, which aims to provide an introduction to caring, exploring the feelings and emotions that come with caring for someone. Following the course, you can be referred into 1.1 support with a support worker.

For more information around this you can email – or visit the events page.
