Using a wide range of music\, sessions will develop physical strength\, spacial awareness\, balance and motor skills. \nSessions are £3\, first session free. There will be refreshments provided and social time included. Partners/carers are encouraged to join. Bring water\, comfortable loose clothing and supportive shoes. \nThere is a small car park at the church\, as well as on street parking.
