DESCRIPTION:Join Together Dementia Support for their monthly Dementia Café on the last Wednesday of every month at Village 135\, Hollyhedge Road\, Wythenshawe M22 4ZP from 1.30pm – 3.30pm. \nIt’s an opportunity for carers of people living with Dementia to socialise and share experiences over a cup of tea or coffee. Admiral Nurses will be available for advice. \nTheir volunteers will also run activities for the people living with Dementia so you can join the carers’ chat while they make new friends.
