DESCRIPTION:Do you enjoy listening to\, playing music? Would you like to be part of a group creating rhythmic\, dynamic and fun music? And would you like to learn about the benefits of music on your wellbeing? \nCarers Manchester South are offering carers the chance to take part in a Drumming Circle with Zsuzsa Foldes\, a music therapist\, followed by some yummy tea and cake and a natter with other carers. This is what some carers thought about previous sessions: \n“Absolutely brilliant drumming session. DESCRIPTION:Join Together Dementia Support for their monthly Dementia Café on the first Tuesday of every month at Beswick Library\, 60 Grey Mere Lane\, M11 3DS from 1pm – 3pm. \nIt’s an opportunity for carers of people living with Dementia to socialise and share experiences over a cup of tea or coffee. Admiral Nurses will be available for advice. \nTheir volunteers will also run activities for the people living with Dementia so you can join the carers’ chat while they make new friends.
