And would you like to learn about the benefits of music on your wellbeing? \nCarers Manchester South are offering carers the chance to take part in a Drumming Circle with Zsuzsa Foldes\, a Music Therapist\, followed by some yummy tea and cake and a natter with other carers. This is what some carers thought about previous sessions: \n“It made me forget myself for a brief spell and just be in the moment with the beat.” \n“It was a lovely event. Something different and refreshing. Friendly faces. Lots of smiles. Epic sound of music.” \n“Thank you so much for putting on the drumming session. It was so powerful having other carers there. DESCRIPTION:This concert is perfect for people living with dementia\, their carers\, adults with learning difficulties\, stroke survivors or anybody from a vulnerable community who wishes to experience classical music in a relaxed and informal environment. \nThere is also the unique opportunity to interact with the Hallé archive before the concert (included in the £3 ticket price). \nThe Hallé Archivists will be at the performance to share exciting items from their 165-year history that might spark a memory you have of seeing the Hallé perform in the past.
