DESCRIPTION:Join Together Dementia Support for their monthly Dementia Café on the last Wednesday of every month at St Andrews Methodist Church\, M22 0DW from 1.30pm – 3.30pm. \nIt’s an opportunity for carers of people living with Dementia to socialise and share experiences over a cup of tea or coffee. Admiral Nurses will be available for advice. \nTheir volunteers will also run activities for the people living with Dementia so you can join the carers’ chat while they make new friends. DESCRIPTION:Are you a carer living in South Manchester? If so\, then why not go back to the 1930s with a free Murder Mystery including costumes\, food and lots of fun? \nCan you follow the murder’s tracks or will you and your friends become derailed? With props\, and weapons you will find yourself in a crime scene\, just like your favourite Agatha Christie novel. \nWe will award the best costume\, acting and detective\, so be sure to get into character and encourage everyone to get involved. Take a break from caring for the afternoon and expect lots of fun and laughter. \nFood is included and support with transportation is provided if needed.
