DESCRIPTION:Join Together Dementia Support for their monthly Dementia Café on the third Wednesday of every month at Oaklands\, 8 Wilbraham Road\, Fallowfield M14 6JZ from 1.30pm – 3.30pm. \nIt’s an opportunity for carers of people living with Dementia to socialise and share experiences over a cup of tea or coffee. Admiral Nurses will be available for advice. \nTheir volunteers will also run activities for the people living with Dementia so you can join the carers’ chat while they make new friends.
