DESCRIPTION:Every Monday as part of the Lifted’s Women of Wythenshawe Project\, our WOW Leaders are making a hot meal for those who want to come join us at the Lifted’s drop in session. \nWe know this time of year it’s cold and people are struggling between eating and putting the heating on\, the WOW leaders want to help ease this worry by opening the Lifted’s door to those who want a warm place to be and have something to eat and chat with the #LiftedFamily for a few hours. \nFood will be available from 1pm for those who wish to join us. We are catering to 25 people each week\, but have room to expand with demand. \nMeals that we are offering will range from soup and a roll\, stew to  rice puddings. \nWe would also like to know what you would like the WOW leaders to make each week. \nIf you require a vegetarian meal\, please let us know and we can cater for you. DESCRIPTION:Carers Manchester South and Create invite you on free a 7-week modelling course with professional artist Paul Pickford. Throughout the 7 weeks you will get hands on with model making using different tools to accomplish different effects and add finer details. DESCRIPTION:Every Wednesday\, carers and family who meet up for a lovely walk around Wythenshawe park. \nThe group meet up at the cafe from there they set off as a group. Half way around the walk the group splits into two groups. One for those who want to do the 1 mile walk\, the other group for those who want to do a 2 or 3 mile walk. \nThe group meet back up at the cafe for a hot drink and a chat. \nWe welcome all new walkers regardless of walking ability we cater for everyone! DESCRIPTION:Every Monday as part of the Lifted’s Women of Wythenshawe Project\, our WOW Leaders are making a hot meal for those who want to come join us at the Lifted’s drop in session. \nWe know this time of year it’s cold and people are struggling between eating and putting the heating on\, the WOW leaders want to help ease this worry by opening the Lifted’s door to those who want a warm place to be and have something to eat and chat with the #LiftedFamily for a few hours. \nFood will be available from 1pm for those who wish to join us. We are catering to 25 people each week\, but have room to expand with demand. \nMeals that we are offering will range from soup and a roll\, stew to  rice puddings. \nWe would also like to know what you would like the WOW leaders to make each week. \nIf you require a vegetarian meal\, please let us know and we can cater for you.
